Find out how we carefully harvest
our delicious Pink Lady® apples!
The Pink Lady® apple harvest is one of the last ones to take place, from late October to early November. This is due to the time needed for the fruit to ripen and colour, which happens during the last few weeks on the tree. The cool nights and sunny days create an ideal thermal contrast, which allows the apples to develop their beautiful, distinctive, 100% natural colour.
Once the apples have reached maturity, the growers harvest the ripest fruit in several stages. Picking takes place over a period of 3 to 5 weeks, using traditional methods. To find out more, take a look at the life cycle of our apples.
