Ingredients
Filling
- 2 Pink Lady® apples
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 strawberry punnets
Crumble topping :
- 120 g flour
- 70 g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 40 g coconut sugar

Crumble topping :
- Wash your strawberries and apples. Peel the apples. Cut the strawberries and apples into cubes. The apples should be cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Place the strawberries, apples, flour, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well, and transfer the mixture to a tart tin.
- Put the cooled butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon and porridge oats in a second bowl. Mix well (preferably by hand).
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
