Apple and strawberry crumble

Ingredients

  • Filling
    • 2 Pink Lady® apples
    • 1 tbsp of flour
    • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
    • 50 g of coconut sugar
    • 1/2 lemon
    • 2 punnets of strawberries
  • Crumble topping :
    • 120 g of flour
    • 70 g of oat flakes
    • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
    • 1 tsp of baking powder
    • 120 g of butter
    • 40 g of coconut sugar

Steps

Step 1/2 : Filling

  • Wash your strawberries and apples. Peel the apples. Cut the strawberries and apples into cubes. The apples should be cut into medium-sized pieces.
  • Place the strawberries, apples, flour, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well, and transfer the mixture to a tart tin.

Step 2/2 : Crumble topping :

  • Put the cooled butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon and porridge oats in a second bowl. Mix well (preferably by hand).
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
