- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- 1 1L of water
- 1 tbsp cardamom seeds
- 1 tbsp hibiscus flowers

Preparation
- Crush the cardamom seeds. Cut the apples into thin slices.
- Put all the ingredients in a jug and allow to infuse in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
