  • 1 Pink Lady® apple
  • 1 1L of water
  • 1 tbsp cardamom seeds
  • 1 tbsp hibiscus flowers

  1. Crush the cardamom seeds. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a jug and allow to infuse in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
