- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- 1 lemon
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 1 carrot
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 1 Greek yoghurt
Stages
Preparation
- Start by removing the pips from the Pink Lady® apple and cutting it into pieces.
- Then dice the beetroot, slice the carrot and peel and chop the ginger.
- Put everything into a blender and squeeze a lemon over it.
- Add the Greek yoghurt to the mixture.
- Blend until smooth and homogenous.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Pink Lady® top tip
Add agave syrup for a more indulgent version.
