Carrot and apple smoothie

Ingredients

  • Preparation
    • 4 Pink Lady® apples
    • 40 g of creamy yoghurt
    • 50 g of purple carrot juice
    • 65 g of Pink Lady® apple juice

Steps

Step 1/1 : Preparation

  • Cut the tops off the apples 1/3 of the way down. Using a melon baller, scoop out the apples, leaving 5mm of flesh inside the skin. Make one hole (3mm in diameter) right through each lid.
  • Pour the carrot juice, apple juice and yoghurt into a blender. Blend this smoothie mix together before pouring into the hollowed-out apples.
  • Place the lids back on the apples and insert straws through the 3mm holes.
  • Now enjoy your smoothie and then crunch through the apple cup!
