Little tarts with shredded Pink Lady® apples and dried fruits with vanilla

Ingredients

    • 3 Pink Lady® apples
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 20 g butter
    • 4 soft dried apricots
    • 5 pitted prunes
    • 1 vanilla stick
    • 2 ready-made puff pastry sheets
    • 2 tbsp of golden raisins

Steps

Step 1/1 : Preparation

  • Peel and core the Pink Lady® apples and then slice into quarters and shred the quarters. Cut the prunes and dried apricots into small cubes. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, and then cut each half into three pieces.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the shredded apples, the dried fruits and the vanilla. Sprinkle with sugar and let cook 10 minutes over low heat. Remove the vanilla sticks. Cut 4 circles into each puff pastry dough sheet. Place a dough circle in each pre-buttered or greased mould.
