- Peel and coarsely grate the carrots and apples, then place them into a smoothie maker.
- Add olive oil, lime juice, and freshly grated ginger. Fill with water and blend everything well until a creamy consistency is reached.
- If the smoothie is too thick, simply thin it out with a little more water.
- This smoothie is not only delicious but also a healthy thirst-quencher that can be easily made with fresh fruits and vegetables.
