Apple mocktail

Ingredients

  • For the mocktail
    • 10 cl Pink Lady® apple juice made in a centrifugal juicer
    • 2 cl lime juice
    • 2 cl organic cherry syrup
    • 6 cl Copperhead gin 0% alcohol, 100% botanical
  • For the garnish
    • Pink Lady® apple crisps
    • Pansy flowers

Steps

Step 1/2 : For the mocktail

  • Cut your apples into pieces and juice them using the centrifugal juicer.
  • Shake all the ingredients with a few ice cubes for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mocktail into a glass with ice cubes.

Step 2/2 : For the garnish

  • Decorate it with the garnish (apple crisps and pansy flowers).
