- 2 Pink Lady® apples or 100 ml Pink Lady® apple juice
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 25 ml sparkling water
- 10 ml vanilla syrup
- A few ice cubes

Preparation
- Cut the 2 Pink Lady® apples into pieces and put them through a slow juicer to obtain juice. Keep an apple slice for decoration.
- Pour several ice cubes into a cocktail glass then add all the ingredients: the apple juice, Cointreau, sparkling water and vanilla syrup.
- Stir three times using a bar spoon.
- Garnish the rim of the glass with an apple slice, then add the straw. You’re all set!
Pink Lady® top tip
For an alcohol-free version, replace Cointreau with orange extract or non-alcoholic bitter.
Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. Drink responsibly.
