- Place the dates on a cutting board and use a rolling pin to mash them into a smooth paste. Press the date paste around each apple piece, ensuring it’s completely covered.
- Melt the dark chocolate carefully in a water bath or microwave. Dip the date-covered apples into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with crushed cookies as a topping. Let the chocolate-covered apples set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
