Ingredients

    • 100 g pitted dates
    • 50 g dark chocolate
    • Crushed cookies for topping

Step 1/1 : preparation

  • Place the dates on a cutting board and use a rolling pin to mash them into a smooth paste. Press the date paste around each apple piece, ensuring it’s completely covered.
  • Melt the dark chocolate carefully in a water bath or microwave. Dip the date-covered apples into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with crushed cookies as a topping. Let the chocolate-covered apples set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
