Tangy Pink Lady® apple and Crab Cups

Ingredients

  • Preparation
    • 2 Pink Lady® apples
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 cucumber
    • 200 g crab meat
    • 12 pink shrimp tails
    • 1 pink grapefruit
    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Steps

Step 1/1 : Preparation

  • Cut the Pink Lady® apples into quarters, remove the seeds and julienne the apples and cucumber.
  • Cut the grapefruit into quarters and remove the membrane. Cut the quarters in half. Take about a third of the grapefruit and crush it through a strainer to get the juice. Mix the juice with the mayonnaise.
  • In a salad bowl, place the apples, the cucumber, the remaining grapefruit, the crab meat (drained) and the shrimp tails. Pour the sauce over and add plenty of pepper.
  • Present in cups or glasses.
