- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- Salt and pepper
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 250 g potatoes
- 2 mature goats cheeses
- 13 cl 15% single cream
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Preparation
- Butter two small gratin dishes or ramekins, and preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peal the potatoes, rinse and cut them into thin slices.
- Cut the Pink Lady® apples in half, peel them and remove the pips. Cut into thin slices.
- Arrange the potato and apple slices alternately in the two moulds, like a French tian.
- In a bowl, combine the single cream, honey, dried rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the two moulds.
- Cut the goat’s cheeses in half and place two halves in each mould, on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Once out of the oven, add two sprigs of fresh rosemary for decoration.
