- Brown the ground meat in a pan with a little oil. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
- Meanwhile, chop the apple and cucumber into small cubes and mix them in a bowl. Season with a bit of salt and lemon juice to taste.
- Heat the tortilla wraps in a hot pan for a few seconds, then top them with the ground meat and bell pepper strips. Add the fresh apple-cucumber salsa and drizzle with yogurt and salsa sauce.
