Wrap with apple and pepper

Ingredients

  • Preparation
    • (Vegan) ground meat
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 apple
    • 1 cucumber
    • Tortilla wraps
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Oil for frying
    • Yogurt
    • Salsa sauce

Step 1/1 : Preparation

  • Brown the ground meat in a pan with a little oil. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Slice the bell pepper into strips.
  • Meanwhile, chop the apple and cucumber into small cubes and mix them in a bowl. Season with a bit of salt and lemon juice to taste.
  • Heat the tortilla wraps in a hot pan for a few seconds, then top them with the ground meat and bell pepper strips. Add the fresh apple-cucumber salsa and drizzle with yogurt and salsa sauce.
