Ingredients

FOR THE PINK LADY® APPLE JUICE
  • 2 Pink Lady® apples
  • 1 small glass of water
  • 1 Juice of a lemon
FOR THE TEA
  • 1 half Juice of a lemon
  • 4 term_graines Cardamom
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 clove
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
GOURMET PRESENTATION WITH PINK LADY® APPLES
  • 1 Pink Lady® apple
  • a few leaves of fresh mint

Stages

FOR THE PINK LADY® APPLE JUICE
  1. Dice the 2 crisp and juicy Pink Lady® apples.
  2. Place the apples, a little water and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Blend everything together, then strain the mixture to obtain pure, clear apple juice.
FOR THE TEA
  1. Pour water into a saucepan with a few cardamom seeds, a cinnamon stick and cloves, then sweeten with a little brown sugar.
  2. Bring to the boil, and add two or three tea bags.
  3. Let the tea steep for a few minutes before you add the juice of half a lemon to bring out the flavours.
GOURMET PRESENTATION WITH PINK LADY® APPLES
  1. Mix the apple juice with the flavoured tea.
  2. Add a few fresh mint leaves.
  3. For a decorative and gourmet touch, cut thin slices of Pink Lady apples and blanch them in a mixture of water and lemon juice.
  4. Form a small flower, and place it at the bottom of the cup.
