Ingredients
FOR THE PINK LADY® APPLE JUICE
- 2 Pink Lady® apples
- 1 small glass of water
- 1 Juice of a lemon
FOR THE TEA
- 1 half Juice of a lemon
- 4 term_graines Cardamom
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 3 clove
- 1 tsp brown sugar

GOURMET PRESENTATION WITH PINK LADY® APPLES
- Dice the 2 crisp and juicy Pink Lady® apples.
- Place the apples, a little water and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend everything together, then strain the mixture to obtain pure, clear apple juice.
- Pour water into a saucepan with a few cardamom seeds, a cinnamon stick and cloves, then sweeten with a little brown sugar.
- Bring to the boil, and add two or three tea bags.
- Let the tea steep for a few minutes before you add the juice of half a lemon to bring out the flavours.
- Mix the apple juice with the flavoured tea.
- Add a few fresh mint leaves.
- For a decorative and gourmet touch, cut thin slices of Pink Lady apples and blanch them in a mixture of water and lemon juice.
- Form a small flower, and place it at the bottom of the cup.
